This is a twelve foot bench across our kitchen. The cushion obviously had to be folded when sent, but it unfolded beautifully and looks great. When I realized right after ordering that I made an error ordering the trim, customer service was quick to respond and help me correct my error. I love both the great customer service and my gorgeous new bench
