I'm completely satisfied with not only my purchase, but the customer service I received. The customer service member reached out to me because she was concerned that what I was asking for would not be adequate for what I needed. Indeed, I decided to increase my cushion thickness by one inch - but everything else remained the same. The cushion fit my odd-shaped porch swing perfectly.
