I ordered a cushion for our master bath bench. I love the new cushion. It’s exactly what I wanted. Customer service contacted me to check that I understood the type of cushion finishing I had ordered. I had not, and made the change I wanted.

I made a mistake in my ordering and right away. I got an email to explain what I needed to do.Perfect!
