I have ordered from your company on other occasions, and the quality of your work is always great. On every order, I have had an email message confirming the order and color. Ensuring that I was aware that a color was very white, etc. It seems there is absolutely no customer service anymore, however, your company proves otherwise. I'm just one customer, but because your customer service is excellent as well as the quality of your products, I would never order from anywhere else. The effort your company shows is hard to find. Excellent service. Nice window-seat cushion. Reasonable price. Delivered faster than promised. Customer service rep was very helpful, kept me from ordering the wrong fabric. She figured out that I had not marked my choices correctly. My original order would not have been what I wanted. She straightened it all out. I have tried to replace my worn-out, soiled window-seat cushion for years, and no one locally wanted to do it. With Custom Cushions--boom!--done in a flash, and a great looking cushion. And we don't have to go through the painful ordeal of removing the covering to clean it, then trying to stuff the cushion back inside.
