I’m on my third set of cushions! Would not Dream of purchasing elsewhere. Always great customer service, perfect fit and color(great price on samples helps).  

I was unhappy with my first order of patio chairs cushions, due to an ordering error of my own doing. Customcushions could not have been more gracious when they worked with me to resolve the problem. The end result? I now have cushions that look fabulous and fit perfectly. They completely redid them for me at no additional cost. Their customer support team knows how to do it right, and I am so appreciative.  

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a bench cushion from Custom Cushions. Their website is easy to maneuver. The cushion is made of quality material and very well made. Time from ordering to delivery is reasonable.

Even though I ordered, and received the wrong size, I am so impressed with the quality and workmanship of this product that I have re-ordered it in the correct size. It is just beautiful, made in America, which shows in the overall quality. I love Sunbrella fabric, so I know this will last a very long time

I am pleased with the cushion. The colors match the sample on the website, the measurements are true, the fabric appears to be high quality and the workmanship is good. The only problem is that the piping is not straight. I believe this is because the packaging was not sturdy and the foam got bent and compressed during shipping. I recommend using a stronger carton for shipping so that this doesn't happen to other customers.  

The cushions came out great and the whole process was really easy.  

This cushion was beautiful. It fit perfectly and the colour was perfect too.
