My cushion arrived according to my measurement and color selection. It was made of quality materials. The staff were very communicative, and the item arrived in a timely manner.  

The cushion I ordered is perfect! It fits exactly. The quality is very good and I am very pleased. I ordered cushions for my patio furniture about 5 years ago. The cushions still look brand new. I live directly on the water and the cushions experience a lot of salt and rain, but co tinge to look new with minimal maintenance. I highly recommend this company.  

Fabric material is terrific. However the cushion material (polyurethane foam) at 1.80 lb/ft3, is a disappointment…not firm at all. Ideally, a material firmer would have been ideal.

I ordered a cushion for our master bath bench. I love the new cushion. It’s exactly what I wanted. Customer service contacted me to check that I understood the type of cushion finishing I had ordered. I had not, and made the change I wanted.

Outstanding customer service and process from beginning to end. This is the absolute best website for any product I have ever ordered. I created my own custom made cushion from start to o finish. I made a mistake in my ordering and right away. I got an email to explain what I needed to do.Perfect! I was told that I would be receiving in 20 days and got it in a week it came out perfectly and fits perfectly. I recommend this company highly for any of your cushion and pillow needs.
