My bench cushion arrived last week and I am thrilled with the product. It is beautifully made and it looks great on my deacon's bench. The color is exactly as shown on your website and the material is nicer than I expected. It has been a pleasure to do business with you!  

There was an issue preventing me from placing my order, but customer service was excellent and always there for me. I ordered a very small cushion for my mother's small hall tree (23.5" x 14.5" - impossible to find "off the rack"). It arrived packaged well and, though I haven't taken the wrap off as it's a gift, it looks fantastic - even better than I expected!)  

I have also ordered seat cushions, and I wish you had placed the labels on a seam INSIDE the zipper. They hang out the back of the chair and look terrible. Otherwise your products are high quality and very attractive.

I received my cushion last week and I absolutely love it! I have a small coffee table in front of a love seat (non-recliner) in our sunroom/TV room. I was looking for a cushion to place on the coffee table to protect it when people decide to use the coffee table as an ottoman. I looked in every store I could think of--no luck. Custom Cushions created a pillow that is just right! The Sunbrella fabric will be durable. And the color and dimensions are perfect!
