Customer service was great; I had to change the the dimensions of one cushion after I submitted the order and the representative got back to me right away. Additionally, the representative suggested I revisit the Boxed versus Waterfall edges and sent a helpful picture which prompted me to change my edge and I am very pleased with the results.
