This is the second time I ordered custom cushions from this company. There were 8 in this order, 4 each of different fabrics and sizes. They did them perfectly and we love them!!  

Very please with the cushion and pillow.  

I received them very quickly and communication with customer service was exemplary. Everything is satisfactory except on two points: 1) where the "to be removed by consumer only contents tag was seen in it looks like the stitching got a little wonky and I am worried that it will split somewhat easily. It's about 1" of stitching that looks a little weak. It has my attention. 2) re the same tag above, I obviously was going to remove it. I needed to cut very closely to the edge which is how I noticed the stitching issue above. I am guessing if it was inserted in while being sewn it would have been perfect stitching. Plus there is a white edge of that tag showing. Couldn't you apply that tag with a nylon hanger like price tags in stores? It just seems like your solution could be improved upon fairly easily.  

Very pleased with this cushion. It appears well made and durable. Very comfortable addition to my rocking chair.

The cushions are perfect!  

I thought they would hang slightly over but they are a little short. I also thought they would be a little softer. I do like the look.  

Originally I made a mistake before submitting my order. I emailed customer service and it was corrected and sent into production. I just recently received my cushion and it is absolutely “perfect” and I could t be happier.
