Fit and finish looks great...Cushions seem a little thin for 3" Was little disappointed with how much the up-charge was a change order. But understand it was my mistake and grateful that you were able to make the change.

It took a little longer than expected but the quality and sizing are excellent.  

I really like the fabric and the cushions fit my benches perfect. They look so nice.  

Everything was great, except the fabric is a bit darker than I expected. Probably a weakness of my computer. Id probably be hesitant to order again for that reason. Don't know if you would ever consider mailing color swatches but that would be the only way I'd do it again. Otherwise everything was great.  

This is my second custom cushion and both have been perfect and so well made The price is very good for the quality  

Cushion is gorgeous—exactly what I was hoping for. Immediately after ordering, I realized I wanted to change the trim color. Customer service responded quickly and helped me change (and it was totally MY mistake, not theirs). I couldn’t ask for better service or a prettier product.
