Excellent service. Nice window-seat cushion. Reasonable price. Delivered faster than promised. Customer service rep was very helpful, kept me from ordering the wrong fabric. She figured out that I had not marked my choices correctly. My original order would not have been what I wanted. She straightened it all out. I have tried to replace my worn-out, soiled window-seat cushion for years, and no one locally wanted to do it. With Custom Cushions--boom!--done in a flash, and a great looking cushion. And we don't have to go through the painful ordeal of removing the covering to clean it, then trying to stuff the cushion back inside.  

The cushion we had made is great… good quality and craftsmanship… made perfectly to our specifications and delivery was as anticipated.
