I ordered eight same-sized seat cushions on 1/4 and was notified that the lead time was running closer to 20 week days, rather than the 10-15 shown on the website. Hoping to have them by the end of January, I ordered anyway. The cushions were delivered yesterday, 1/17 - what a great surprise! The cushions are precisely as ordered and fit my new bar stools perfectly! The customer service communication was extremely timely and helpful. My wife is thrilled, so I couldn't be happier! The cushion fabric is perfect and the quality of workmanship is very nice. See notes below on the dimensions of the final product. Overall, the ease of ordering via the website, the setting of time expectations, communications via email about receipt of the order and the order going out, were all great.

I was very unhappy with my purchase. I had ordered a custom 5 inch thick cushion, and when it first arrived it seemed quite squished down but I figured it would need some time to get into it's shape. But now it has been weeks and the cushion is still squished and I don't believe that it's even 5 inches thick regardless of being squished or not.  

I loved my other large cushions and they are perfect. This cushion, however, fell short. I did not realize the slightly rounded corners would be sound round, so this cushion does not fit on the bench very well and there are gaps on both back corners. I guess I should have had a square cushion.  

I like the cushions I ordered. But since this was my first time ordering custom cushions, I learned about some of the features through this experience. I ordered 4 square cushions with rounded corners to cover a bench. If I were to do this again, I would have preferred 1 long cushion rather than four separate, or I would have ordered square corners as the rounded corners mean gaps between the edges.
