I did receive my order yesterday. It did arrive 2 days later than promised on the delivery notice, but no harm done.

Great work, guys! You've helped me turn a wicker/wrought iron "patio" loveseat into a totally legit indoor piece. The foam slab and two 26" square pillows look fabulous on my loveseat. I'm very pleased.

Was under the impression that when given rectangular dimensions that I’d receive that. Front side is angled. Inconsistent stitching. Different thicknesses. Yikes. Color is good. That’s about all I can say that’s good about this.  

Selecting and receiving fabric samples was so important. CustomCushions worked with me for several reorders of samples when one that I selected were unavailable. Their customer service is excellent - rapid responses for fabric samples selections were clear and informative. Once the my fabric choice was finalized, my order was processed quickly. I ordered 2 cushions - one for a stool and one for a bench - and I couldn't be happier with the cushions. The quality of workmanship is a 5 start plus! I am so pleased and will enjoy these cushions for a long time. My only regret is that I don't need any additional cushions or pillows right now, because I would certainly order again!  

The cushions are beautiful but it would have been nice to receive email or text alerts when the order was started and throughout the process vs just getting an email when it was ready to ship.
