The first delivery of the cushion did not have the patterns match up right with the shape of the cushion. We called and you were very receptive to correcting the problem. The replacement fabric came back to us in about 4 weeks. Entire order took about 2 months. A - for taking care of issue. D - for overall experience.

The item is exactly what i ordered and fits perfectly. I ordered it 5/24 but didn’t get it until a few days ago which is longer than the 25 days (excluding weekends/Holliday) stated!

I really like everything about my cushions with the exception of the color. In the picture the small “red” stripe appeared to be sort of a brick-red color, which was PERFECT for my needs. Turns out that stripe is bright orange.  

This was our third cushion purchase. Consistent excellent quality of materials and craftsmanship.
