Firstly---customer service was amazing. I had no trouble ordering on line--options were terrific and website very easy to manage. I had a problem with a change in my delivery address. Your representative was extremely helpful and made sure that my cushion would be delivered to my changed address. She actually went to the manufacturing area herself. Bravo!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I ordered an odd shaped cushion that I could not find anywhere. I even messed up the order and the customer service was amazing! The cushion came and was perfect! I rec'd my storage bench cushion yesterday & I am so happy with it. It fits perfect but the best part is that I was worried about picking out fabric on the computer (matching etc.) It turned out to be exactly as it appeared & blends perfectly in my room.
