First time I have ordered a custom cushion online. It didn’t take that long to receive and it’s beautiful. Fits my porch swing perfectly!  

Suboptimal quality of cloth. Ties are way too small. Color is not as marked in website  

Everything is great except that the color is not even close to the color on the website. I understand there are color variations with photography and screens but this color does not even come close to the picture. The color we received was hunter green. It is nowhere near the color we needed. Unfortunately I have something that I cannot use. Waste of money.  

Great cushions. Lived up to our expectations. Cushions arrived in good time. Craftmanship was clean and neat, fit perfectly. Our window seat now looks rich and full of character. Would definitely purchase more if needed in the future. Thank You Custom Cushions.

Perfect, economic and on time. I was working with a decorator who wanted to charge significantly more for the same item. I have purchased other cushions from Custom Cushions and they were perfect as well.

The replacement cushions for this order are a little better than the original which we returned but still have issues. The edges are not boxed, they are rounded and smashed thinner either because the cover is too tight or from shipping. Where the cushions were folded in shipping, there is a huge bump in the middle on one side which also has too much batting bunched there and a big dip on the other side, making it impossible to sit on the center of the window seat comfortably. There are wrinkles at the fold as well that never smooth out. We ordered several cushions in 2019 including the exact same cushions as this order, and something has clearly changed with your production quality and methods or materials. Those 2019 cushions are still perfect after 4 years--we just wanted a different color. These covers seem too small for the foam that is cut resulting in bowed longer cushions that don't lay flat, and rounded and squashed edges not boxed, and any folds never smooth out properly for sitting.  

The order took an inordinate length of time for production and delivery and the dimensions of the finished product are not as presented.  

This order was not up to your typical standards  

Very pleased with the quality of the cushions. Very easy and straight forward to get the correct size and choice of colors for the custom cushions on the website.  

Cushoins are as ordered and were delivered on the timeframe I was told when I ordered.  

The cushions are beautiful. I will be ordering again in the future! Thank you.
