My cushions are fantastic. I think they turned out really great. I was a little freaked out at first when I saw the package delivered. How could two cushions be in that. Then I saw they were folded and got even more worried. But as soon as I released them from the plastic, they recovered nicely.  

Thank you for asking for feedback. Your quality is great. The speed in fulfilling the order was faster than expected. However, I cannot use my cushions due to the extreme firmness. I expected them to be soft, allowing you to sink into the cushion when sitting. Instead, it is so firm that our feet don't even reach the floor. I measured the thickness (4 inches) based on my current cushions and that was a mistake. I recognize your policy doesn't allow returns, but is there anything you can do?  

Overall I was very satisfied. The customer service people were excellent when helping me figure out a part of my order where the style of the back and seat cushions didn’t match. They identified the issue then helped me correct it. The cushions seem to be very good quality and was just as I ordered it.

Our cushions are wonderful. The Custom Cushions support staff was extremely helpful in assisting us to get the best product for our needs. We were even able to adjust our order to less expensive fill because the cushions are under roof and our refund was credited immediately.  

The cushions are beautiful and our order was filled quickly. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.  

The customer service team was super helpful. They let me know that what I was ordering would not be ideal. They cancelled my order and refunded my money so I could submit a new order that would workout better.

The seat cushion was exactly what we expected. The material cover was of good quality and the density of the seat cushion is very good.  

This was my second order from you. 10 seat cushions for kitchen chairs. I am very happy with the product, beautiful, durable, looking fabric, and quality workmanship in the cover. Quality is not cheap.
