We absolutely love our cushion. It is so well made looks perfect to finish off our mud room bench. Customer service was great and very timely production and delivery exactly on timeline expectations on website.

As my order indicates the bench cushion should have been 3 inches and it was closer to 2 inches so not as comfortable as I would have hoped for. If I paid more for a 3 inch thick cushion and only received 2 inch thickness I would appreciate getting a credit if the bench cushions cannot be returned?

Disappointed because cushion arrived with a couple small spots on fabric that look like stains or water marks. They’re small but after paying hundreds of dollars and waiting weeks, it’s a bummer.
