Cushion was just as ordered  

I know this is a custom order and I can’t return it. I have to say, though, that they are the most uncomfortable chair cushions I have ever had. I’ll keep them and use them on our “extra chairs” that aren’t used very often. I’m very disappointed. The fabric and color is perfect, just as expected.

The cushions are very nice. We asked for the boxed edge but feel like it is a more rounded edge than boxed. Otherwise, the craftsmanship was very nice.

Cushions arrived and they look great! Well packed and withstood the delivery process. Plastic protected them - there were a few small openings in taped areas where the boxes were sealed.

Communication about the delays in the shipping would've been appreciated. The 20-25 business day shipping timeframe came and went and no update or explanation was provided, until we followed up ourselves to see what the story was.  

Unfortunately, my experience with Custom Cushions was not positive. First, the order took 2 months for completion. I had to email on several occasions to get an update on the order. Once the order was delivered, I opened the box and the cushion was folded and stuffed into an inappropriate box. This caused a crease in the pillow and the pillow is bowed and does not sit evenly on the chair. Currently, we are using a stack of books to try and even the cushion out. There is absolutely not excuse for this. I realize the company is experiencing staffing issues, but you should have been able to find an appropriate box to ship the cushion in. I am not sure that the pillow will ever sit evening on the chair.
