The cushions look and feel great and they are both to spec. Customer service was great; I had to change the the dimensions of one cushion after I submitted the order and the representative got back to me right away. Additionally, the representative suggested I revisit the Boxed versus Waterfall edges and sent a helpful picture which prompted me to change my edge and I am very pleased with the results.  

The quality of the cushions are top notch, definitely 5 stars plus. I have purchased Custom Cushions before and have been always very pleased with my purchases. The latest order did not fail me, they were beautifully made, true professional craftspeople. I sew myself and can appreciate such care and quality put into these cushions.
