Excellent quality  

The selection of materials and the ability to have a custom size was great. I received the cushion in the timeframe expected and it was a perfect fit.  

The cushions seem well made. On the other hand, I was stunned by the difference in color between the Tropics Jungle fabric image on your site and the actual fabric. I wouldn't have ordered the fabric if I'd seen the true colors. Although it's obvious that I should have gotten a sample, the difference is profound. The cushion fabric has a stark white background and other vivid green colors; the background image on both my PC and my iPad is a dull, grayish color. The previous custom cushions I had (Sunbrella made by Calico Corners) had an off-white background. Fabric for other cushions I have for other outdoor furniture is dull cream/gray background with muted shades-of-green leaves. So I am disappointed and will have to live with cushions that don't look quite right on my chairs.  

The cushions were made very well and fit perfectly. Customer service was also very good. They responded very quickly to a question I had on the order.

The two ottoman cushions that I ordered arrived exactly as expected- looked great and high quality. The website to order was easy to use. The order was confirmed by email as was the ship date.

The order was delayed, and we understand that these things happen. The real frustration was that we had to send the email to get the status.  

Thank you, the cushions are very nice quality, with one exception. I thought I had ordered them to be 4 inches high and they are not. It works OK with the two smaller cushions, but the larger seating cushion would be more comfortable if it were thicker. There would be no need to replace them all, but just send a second larger cushion for the seat. I think it will look OK for it to be double... thanks for you consideration jfc  

I love my new pillows and they shipped sooner than I expected which was a plus, and the color matchs my existing cushions very well.
