The cushion looks very nice and fits the bench nicely. The colors of the fabric, ties and cording is exactly as was advertised on your website. I like the thickness of the cushion. The actual delivery was much faster than expected or promised. I like that it was made in the USA. Hopefully the workers take pride in their work.

3/16/2020: I received the window seat cushion today and it is a perfect job, Beautiful, well made and exactly what I envisioned for the space. I will definitely order from Custom Cushions.com again. I have two wood and cushion love seats that will be delivered soon and I do not like the cushion color, so I will purchase covers that will compliment the teak wood frame. Thank you so much for your skill and attention to detail. I highly recommend your company and its product.

Firstly---customer service was amazing. I had no trouble ordering on line--options were terrific and website very easy to manage. I had a problem with a change in my delivery address. Your representative was extremely helpful and made sure that my cushion would be delivered to my changed address. She actually went to the manufacturing area herself. Bravo!! I received the cushion today--it is so well done. I love it. Thank you. I am sure that I will be ordering more from you in the future.

Well crafted and perfect fit. If the Sunbrella material lives up to it's reputation, this cushion (on the seat of an entranceway seat and coatrack) will last for my lifetime. Proper price for that.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! I ordered an odd shaped cushion that I could not find anywhere. I even messed up the order and the customer service was amazing! The cushion came and was perfect! The price was fair and the quality is apparent. I highly recommend this company and would give it 6 stars if I could!
