Designing your own custom seat cushions has several benefits. You won’t have to settle for anything less than the perfect size, color and style. You can choose indoor or outdoor fabrics and fillings to suit your needs. And you can rest assured that you’re getting comfortable, high-quality custom cushions that will last for years and years! Here’s how to get started.

• Select your custom seat cushion shape
  What is the shape of the chair seat, stool, loveseat, sofa, or other type of seating that you need a cushion for? Choose the shape that will fit it best. Our choices include squared, round, various rounded corner options, and even isosceles trapezoid. If the illustrations on our site don’t quite match up with the shape you need, no worries! You’ll select your dimensions later to ensure a perfect fit.
  
  
• Select the structure (seams) of the cushion
  Depending on the style you’re going for, you can choose different types of seams for your cushions. Waterfall edge cushions have a smoothly curved edge and feature one seam around the sides of the cushion. Boxed edges have seams along the edges and are more rectangular.
  
  
• Adjust dimensions to fit your furniture
  This is one of the most important parts to get right! Measure the depth, width, and thickness that you want for your cushion. Using our Measuring Guide will get you the best results to ensure a great fit for your furniture.
  
  *Trapezoid Depth : Please note that the depth measurement for trapezoid cushions is measured directly from the front to the back along the center of the cushion, NOT along the side edge of the cushion.
  
  
• Choose your favorite cover fabric and trim
  Create one-of-a-kind cushions with ease thanks to our endless fabric options! Fabric is available in an array of colors, textures, patterns, and materials. Outdoor and indoor fabrics are both available and you can choose your trim to contrast or to match the rest of the cushion.
  
  
• Select indoor or outdoor fill
  If you’re using the cushions solely indoors, you may want to opt for the indoor fill. For patio custom seat cushions or any furniture that may be used both outside and in, you’ll want reticulated outdoor fill to ensure that the cushions dry out more quickly if they ever get wet.
  
  
• Select your ties, if any
  Not all cushions need to have ties, but if your custom seat cushions need ties to keep them in place, then this is the step where you’ll select the number of ties and let us know where they should be located.
  
  
• Review your order and we’ll get started!
