How To Measure For Chair Or Chaise Covers
These measuring instructions will guide you through the process of measuring your chair or chaise lounge furniture pieces for a custom cover. Our custom made furniture covers require width, length, back height and front height meausrements with an optional top offset to accomodate cushions. All of these dimensions can be adjusted in 1 inch increments.
Step 1 - Cover Width
Measure the width of your chair or chaise as shown in the image on the left. Be sure to measure the widest point of your furniture.
Round the width measurement up to the nearest 1 inch.
Step 2 - Cover Length
Measure the length of your chair or chaise as shown in the image on the left. Be sure to measure the full length of your furniture.

Step 3 - Cover Back Height
Measure the back height of your chair or chaise and deduct at least 2 inches from your measurement so the cover does not touch the floor.

Step 4 - Cover Front Height
Measure the front height of your chair or chaise and deduct at least 2 inches from your measurement so the cover does not touch the floor. If your chair has arms, measure to the top of the arms before deducting.

Step 5 - Cover Top Offset
If you would like to accomodate cushions underneath your furniture cover, you can adjust the top offset.
Put your cushion on your furniture and measure the combined thickness of both your furniture back frame and the cushion itself.
